Welcome To The Creative Team!!

We are so excited to have you join us on the One Memory At A Time Creative Team. Here is a general overview of how it all works:

1. Kits are created with ideas and suggestions from you ( Click Here to post an idea or suggestion)
2. You are given each new kit 7ish days before it is released in the store.
3. During that 7 days you are to create 2 layouts using ONLY items from that kit. If you do not have an item that would really MAKE your layout, [url=mailto: info@onememoryatatime.com]Email Me[/url] and I will consider adding that item to the kit.
4. You are to fill out the Product Feedback form included with your download and [url=mailto: info@onememoryatatime.com]Email[/url] it to me if I provide one.
5. You will post the layouts to 3 galleries: goDigitalScrapbooking, DigiShopTalk and one of your choice. All galleries must allow links to the kit, so please choose one that allows outside links. I have a list of those if you need one.
6. You will be divided into 3 posting groups and notified which day you are to post your layouts to the 3 galleries. Usually this will be days 1-3 after the release date.
7. Once those have been posted, then post your links in the kit thread it pertains to.
7. NOT MANDATORY, but I would appreciate it if you would write a review at goDigitalScrapbooking of the product, comment on the forum where I've posted the announcement thread for that kit, and bump the thread throughout the next week at both goDigitalScrapbooking & DigiShopTalk.
8. You will be assigned an enabling day at Digishoptalk.com where you are to pick one of the newest kits to announce there.
9. You will also be assigned a month to teach us SOMETHING fun here on the forum. We all have so much to offer and this is a fun chance to share!
10. I'll also give you coupon codes to share when a new kit comes out and have you choose community members to share them with.

2. I will post your blog link on my blog and will help you post my link on yours.
3. If you use any of my kits for challenges or contests on ANY site, post the link here so we can all see it and cheer for you!
4. If you are published in any print magazine or honored as a layout of the week (or anything like that) using one of my kits let us know-YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID! Surprised

5. Copyright: Any and all graphics are Copyright One Memory At A Time. Any layouts used for the purpose of this creative team are subject to a dual-copyright agreement which means that you retain the original copyright to the layout, and I have a limited copyright that allows me to post and use for advertising purposes.
6. With that being said (copyright stuff) please be cautious and remember that these layouts are being posted to public forums where ANYONE can view them. Take into consideration personal details, addresses, full names, etc and save a cautious copy first for posting if you need to. Wink

Just a quick word of friendship and loyalty: You will be privy to design information, insider secrets, pre-release items, ideas and more that are meant JUST FOR THIS GROUP and One Memory At A Time. I know some of you have been or are currently on other CT's, which I think is AWESOME! BUT...(there's always a BUT) I know you will respect the hard work and integrity of our CT by not sharing any of these items with others outside this group including but not limited to color schemes, embellishment items, patterns, marketing ideas, and the like. Your confidentiality means a lot to me and I know you will keep our relationship in good standing.

If for any reason you reach a point when you are unable to continue your time on this creative team, just let me know. There is a season for everything and arrangements for a vacation from CT or a fond farewell may be in order. I'm not scary (really) and I want you to be happy and having a great time here. If you have not talked with me and there is non-performance issue, I will have to find a suitable replacement & will give you 30 days notice. If there are problems such as (but not limited to) issues/complaints on other web sites, sharing of confidential information, misrepresentation, and the like, you will be given 1 warning followed by immediate termination. BUT I don't plan on having any of those problems. Shocked
